Give Novalink a few washes. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll refund you in full — with no need to return the product.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered in addition to these rights.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
